
The human body is marvelously designed for high functionality, for self-maintenance and self-repair. But the SELF attached to the body has some responsibilities! The SELF must supply quality resources for this internal, unconscious work – and avoid contaminants which impede it. This means, of course, we must eat well. There is strong correlation between a healthy diet and a well-balanced immune system, and a stronger immune system helps fight off disease.
